Please let me take a moment to thank you and your staff for the innovative work over the past thirteen years. As you might recall we completed our first "Supply Agreement" with Campbell’s Soup Company in 1997 and have renewed it three times since then.
The Bin Supply Agreement has been a very important part of Johnston Trading Inc. and has been a huge benefit to both Companies.
By combining "Service" and "Assets" together in one contract and offering it as an, off balance sheet transaction, has allowed both Companies to manage a ten million dollar asset while maintaining the quality and quantity of the asset in an on going effort to supply bins for storing and shipping tomato products.
